(Pływalnia Chrobry, Zespół Basenów Odkrytych, Hala Sportowa oraz Budynek Zaplecza Piłkarskiego wraz z toaletami Stadionu) przy ul. Rudnowskiej 17A, 17B i ul. Wita Stwosza 1, 1A. Budynek Zaplecza Piłkarskiego przy ul. Bolesława Śmiałego 2A. Szczegółowy opis zamówienia został określony w załącznikach do SWZ tj. Załącznik nr 12 – dane dotyczące Pływalni Chrobry - wszystkie zadania, szczegółowy opis zamówienia – harmonogram prac. Załącznik nr 13 – dane dotyczące Zespołu Basenów Odkrytych - wszystkie zadania, szczegółowy opis zamówienia – harmonogram prac.
