Usługa polegać będzie na ochronie fizycznej osób i mienia Zamawiającego – tj. budynków oraz osób w nich przebywających, znajdujących się tam pomieszczeń i rzeczy znajdujących się w tych pomieszczeniach oraz terenów do nich przyległych wraz z obiektami i rzeczami na nich się znajdującymi. W zakresie ochrony Wykonawca jest zobowiązany w ogólności podejmować działania zapobiegające przestępstwom i wykroczeniom przeciwko osobom oraz mieniu powierzonemu do ochrony, a także przeciwdziałające powstaniu szkody wynikającej z tych zdarzeń lub ze zdarzeń losowych oraz niedopuszczające do wstępu osób nieuprawnionych na teren chroniony.
