1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sztuczne zasilanie brzegu morskiego w rejonie Władysławowo-Jurata- kmH 0,0-23,5, w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. 2. Zamawiający nie dokonuje podziału zamówienia na części. Zakres przedmiotowego zamówienia jest niepodzielny z uwagi na charakter zamówienia, tj. wymagana jest integralność pomiarów, projektowania i wykonania robot budowlanych. Postępowanie dotyczy jednego przedmiotu postępowania w określonych ramach czasowych.3. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia został zawarty w Programie funkcjonalno-użytkowym (załącznik nr 4 do SWZ) 4. Warunki realizacji zostały określone oraz Projekcie umowy (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ). 5.Termin wykonania zamówienia: do 2 miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy.
