1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przedsięwzięcie pn. "Budowa obwodnicy Klimontowa w ciągu DW 758", obejmujące roboty polegające na budowie odcinka drogi wojewódzkiej nr 758 o długości ok. 3,97 km wraz z przebudową istniejącej drogi krajowej nr 9 na długości około 0,36 km wraz z instalacjami i wyposażeniem drogi, infrastrukturą niezbędną do funkcjonowania drogi, w tym budową obiektów inżynierskich: 9-cio przęsłowej estakady nad rzeką „Koprzywianką”, ramp najazdowych umożliwiających dostęp do estakady oraz budową skrzyżowań z drogami gminnymi, powiatowymi i krajowymi. 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ oraz wzór umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
