1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowej obsługi serwisowej i sukcesywne przeglądy aparatury medycznej na potrzeby Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Lubartowie zgodnie z: 1) ustawą o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1620 z późn. zm.); 2) Rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2017/745 w sprawie wyrobów medycznych, zmiany dyrektywy 2001/83/WE, rozporządzenia (WE) nr 178/2002 i rozporządzenia (WE) nr 1223/2009 oraz uchylenia dyrektyw Rady 90/385/EWG i 93/42/EWG; 3) informacjami określonymi przez producenta urządzeń w instrukcjach serwisowych producenta danego sprzętu. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został zgrupowany w 3 częściach szczegółowo opisanych w Załączniku nr 1 – opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w Formularzu ofertowym (systemowym) zamieszczonym na stronie prowadzonego postępowania: Część 1 - Kompleksowa obsługa serwisowa Rezonansu Magnetycznego MR 5300, Agregat Wody Lodowej wraz z układem chłodzenia; Część 2 - Kompleksowa obsługa Tomografu Komputerowego Incisive CT; Część 3 - Kompleksowa obsługa ISP (stacje opisowe).
