Komunalnej 29 (dalej komponenty do produkcji RDF). 2. Przedmiot zamówienia będzie realizowany przez Wykonawcę w okresie od dnia podpisania umowy (jednak nie wcześniej niż od dnia 02.01.2027 r.) do dnia 30.06.2027 r., 3. Szacowana maksymalna ilość komponentów do produkcji RDF przewidzianych do odbioru i zagospodarowania w ramach zamówienia wynosi 4 000 Mg, przy czym MPGK zastrzega sobie prawo do zmniejszenia tej ilości w związku z okresowo mniejszą ilością dostarczanych odpadów do Instalacji. Ostateczna ilość komponentów do produkcji RDF przeznaczonych do odbioru i zagospodarowania w ramach zamówienia wynikała będzie z cyklu produkcyjnego i bieżących potrzeb Zamawiającego w trakcie realizacji zamówienia, przy czym minimalna (gwarantowana) ich ilość wynosi 500 Mg. 4.
