1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Miejskiej Przemyśl. 2.Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje zagospodarowanie odpadów zebranych selektywnie od właścicieli nieruchomości objętych systemem gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi (nieruchomości zamieszkałych, mieszanych i niezamieszkałych) oraz zebranych w Punkcie Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) -od mieszkańców. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 4 części (zadania).

Lots Lot 1 — Zadanie nr 1: Zagospodarowanie odpadów ulegających biodegradacji o kodzie 20 02 01 stanowiących części roślin pochodzących z pielęgnacji terenów zielonych, ogrodów (drobne gałęzie, trawa, liście, zrębki), objętych systemem gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi - luzem, w ilości szacunkowej 200 Mg. Lot 2 — Zadanie nr 2: Zagospodarowanie odpadów ulegających biodegradacji o kodzie 20 02 01 stanowiących części roślin pochodzących z pielęgnacji terenów zielonych, ogrodów (drobne gałęzie, trawa, liście, zrębki), objętych systemem gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi – w workach, w ilości szacunkowej 750 Mg. Lot 3 — Zadanie nr 3: Zagospodarowanie odpadów kuchennych ulegających biodegradacji o kodzie 20 01 08, stanowiących odpady pochodzenia roślinnego z wyłączeniem odpadów pochodzenia zwierzęcego oraz tłuszczy, objętych systemem gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi – luzem, w ilości szacunkowej 480 Mg. Lot 4 — Zadanie nr 4: Zagospodarowanie odpadów wielkogabarytowych o kodzie 20 03 07, objętych systemem gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, w ilości szacunkowej 100 Mg.
