Przedmiot umowy określony w ust. 1 obejmuje: 1) odbieranie odpadów komunalnych niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych, 2) zapewnienie właścicielom nieruchomości możliwości wynajmu (lub oddania w inną formę użytkowania) pojemników do zbierania niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych, 3) organizację selektywnej zbiórki odpadów: papieru i tektury, metali, tworzyw sztucznych, opakowań wielomateriałowych, szkła, w systemie zbiorowym, 4) organizację selektywnej zbiórki odpadów: papieru i tektury, metali, tworzyw sztucznych, opakowań wielomateriałowych, szkła w systemie indywidualnym, 5) organizację selektywnej zbiórki bioodpadów w systemie indywidualnym, 6) odebranie raz w roku mebli i innych odpadów wielkogabarytowych wystawionych w każdej miejscowości gminy w formie tzw. „wystawki”, 7) obsługę i organizację Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOKu), 8) dostarczanie wszystkich odebranych z terenu Gminy Sulików odpadów komunalnych do Instalacji Komunalnej w Lubaniu, 9) opracowanie harmonogramu odbioru odpadów komunalnych, 10) prowadzenie dokumentacji związanej z działalnością objętą przedmiotem zamówienia, 11) odbieranie odpadów budowlanych i rozbiórkowych w systemie indywidualnym,
