Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na odbiorze i transporcie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Porąbka w 2027 r., od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych, nieruchomości niezamieszkałych, których właściciele przystąpili do gminnego systemu gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, nieruchomości w części zamieszkałych i w części niezamieszkałych, a także domków letniskowych lub innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje odbiór i transport całego strumienia odpadów komunalnych objętych zamówieniem, z wyłączeniem odpadów stanowiących części roślin pochodzących z pielęgnacji terenów zielonych, ogrodów, parków i cmentarzy. Odebrane odpady będą przekazywane do Zakładu Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. w Bielsku-Białej. Szczegółowy zakres i warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w dokumentach zamówienia, w szczególności w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia.
