Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania pn. „Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 - Inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11) tj. sukcesywny odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12.” 2. Odpady muszą być zagospodarowane zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 roku o odpadach (t.j. Dz.U.2023.0.1587) w procesie R. 3. Odpady o kodzie 19 12 12 - Inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11) pochodzą z przetworzenia (rozdrabniania) odpadów 20 03 07 – Odpadów wielkogabarytowych pochodzących z selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych, a także odpadów 20 03 07 powstających z sortowania odpadów komunalnych. 4.
