Details

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) odbiór i zagospodarowanie wszystkich odpadów komunalnych niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) oraz odpadów gromadzonych w sposób selektywny, opon, zmieszanych odpadów z budowy, remontów i demontażu, odpadów wielkogabarytowych, zużytego sprzętu elektronicznego i elektrycznego z nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie Brzegu Dolnego zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach oraz ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r o odpadach; 2) obsługa, odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (zwanego dalej „PSZOK”); 3) odbiór i zagospodarowanie wszystkich odpadów komunalnych z terenów niezamieszkałych, o których mowa w załączniku nr 8 do SWZ; 4) prowadzenie Punktu Obsługi Klienta na terenie Brzegu Dolnego, w celu bieżącej obsługi właścicieli nieruchomości w zakresie realizowanej usługi odbioru odpadów komunalnych; 5) przeprowadzenie akcji edukacji ekologicznej w zakresie właściwego prowadzenia selektywnej zbiórki odpadów. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
