Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie usługi polegającej na odbiorze, transporcie oraz zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz z następujących nieruchomości: 1) instytucji gminnych, 2) jednostek organizacyjnych Miasta Żywca, 3) spółek komunalnych Miasta Żywca, 4) domków letniskowych lub innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe, 5) terenów cmentarzy, 6) nieruchomości, których właściciele nie wykonali obowiązku zawarcia umowy na odbieranie odpadów komunalnych z podmiotem wpisanym do rejestru działalności regulowanej, a wobec których Burmistrz Miasta Żywca, w drodze decyzji, określił wysokość opłaty za odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych. zwanych dalej nieruchomościami na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych w granicach administracyjnych Miasta Żywca. oraz uruchomieniu i prowadzeniu jednego stacjonarnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) na terenie miasta Żywca.
