Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny odbiór i zagospodarowanie przez Wykonawcę, odpadów w postaci frakcji o kodzie 19 12 12 luzem powstałej w wyniku sortowania zmieszanych odpadów komunalnych oraz zmieszanych odpadów opakowaniowych w sortowni Zamawiającego lub, w przypadku jej przestoju, w procesie uproszczonym polegającym na przesiewaniu zmieszanych odpadów komunalnych na sicie mobilnym i poddania ich termicznemu przekształceniu w procesie odzysku R1, który może być poprzedzony przygotowaniem do tego odzysku lub unieszkodliwianiem zgodnie z posiadanymi decyzjami.
