1. Przedmiotem części 1 zamówienia jest modernizacja i doposażenie placu zabaw położonego na terenie żłobka 3 Krzyś przy ul. Rataja 6A w Rzeszowie, wchodzącego w skład Miejskiego Zespołu Żłobków w Rzeszowie. Zakres opracowania obejmuje: demontaż 5 urządzeń zabawowych (pociąg, samochód, bujak sprężynowy kwiatek, 2 x piaskownica) oraz montaż 5 nowych urządzeń zabawowych (1x zestaw zabawowy, 1 x zestaw zabawowo- sprawnościowy w kształcie labiryntu, 1x duży domek integracyjny dla dzieci, 1 x zestaw zabawowy ciuchcia z wagonem, 1 x huśtawka bocianie gniazdo. Montaż elementów małej architektury: 4 x stolik okrągły, 2 x ławo – stół, 2 x kosz na śmieci, 1 x tablica regulaminowa, 4 x ławka parkowa. Przygotowanie gruntu pod usypanie wzniesienia, zasianie trawy i nasadzenie roślinności, usunięcie 3 pni. Montaż 2 żagli zacieniających. Wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie ze STWiOR , przedmiarem robót oraz dokumentacją projektową. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: 2.1. przedmiar robót, Specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych 2.2. projektowane postanowienia umowy.
