Details
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej dla punktów poboru Gminy Gryfino i jej jednostek organizacyjnych. 2. Całkowite szacunkowe zużycie energii elektrycznej zostało wskazane w załącznikach nr 8 oraz 8A do SWZ. Określone prognozowane zużycie energii ma charakter jedynie orientacyjny i nie stanowi ze strony Zamawiających zobowiązania do zakupu energii w podanej ilości i jest maksymalną ilością graniczną zakupu. Zamawiający deklaruje pobór (zakup) energii elektrycznej w okresie trwania umowy na poziomie nie mniejszym niż 70% wskazanych wolumenów. 3. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia objętego niniejszym postępowaniem określa szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wykaz punktu poboru energii elektrycznej stanowiące odpowiednio załączniki nr 8 oraz nr 8A do SWZ, stanowiące jednocześnie załącznik nr 1 do umowy. 4. Realizacja zamówienia będzie się odbywać zgodnie z przepisami prawa powszechnie obowiązującego na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej. 5. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w załączniku nr 8 do SWZ.
