Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest KOMPLEKSOWA DOSTAWA ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ DLA PUNKTÓW Z INSTALACJAMI OZE NA POTRZEBY GRUPY ZAKUPOWEJ GMINY PLEŚNA dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Gmina Pleśna oraz członkowie Grupy Zakupowej jak i ich jednostki wymienione w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ zawrą odrębne umowy wynikającą z niniejszego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące wszystkich punktów poboru zawarte zostały w zał. nr 1 do SWZ i zał. nr 5 do SWZ. Obowiązkiem wybranego Wykonawcy będzie zgłoszenia wskazanemu Operatorowi Systemu Dystrybucyjnego do realizacji zawartych z Wykonawcą Kompleksowych Umów dostawy energii elektrycznej, obejmującej sprzedaż i świadczenie usługi dystrybucji energii elektrycznej. Do wykonania ww. czynności Wykonawca otrzyma stosowne pełnomocnictwo (zał. nr 5.1 do SWZ). Zamawiający, działa w imieniu własnym oraz na podstawie podpisanego Porozumienia (Porozumienie do wglądu w siedzibie Zamawiającego), w imieniu: • Gmina Bobowa • Gminy Ryglice • Gminy Szczurowa • Gminy Tuchów • Gminy Żabno Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r. wynosi 1 079 156 kWh. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość zmniejszenia lub zwiększenia ilości zamawianej energii elektrycznej. Operatorem Systemu Dystrybucyjnego jest TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.
