Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w 2027 r. na potrzeby Centrum Rehabilitacji Rolników Kasy Rolniczego Ubezpieczenia Społecznego NIWA określona w Załączniku nr 1A do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Arkusz kalkulacyjny określający cenę oferty oraz w Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści tej umowy. Szacunkowa ilość dostarczanej energii elektrycznej w okresie dostawy wynosi 1078,5 MWh: co stanowi sumę planowanej ilości około 1078 MWh dla zasilania podstawowego - taryfa B 23 oraz około 0,5 MWh dla zasilania rezerwowego - taryfa C 21. Przedmiot zamówienia nie obejmuje usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej.
