Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa części zamiennych zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1 do OPZ – Wykaz Części Zamiennych oraz wymiana zespołów cylinder pack dla 3 sztuk agregatów kogeneracyjnych produkcji Caterpillar typ: G3520E. Agregaty kogeneracyjne będące przedmiotem zamówienia są zlokalizowane w należącym do Zamawiającego źródle wysokosprawnej kogeneracji w Kutnie przy ul. Oporowskiej 10A: 3 agregaty kogeneracyjne typ G3520E. Wykonawca udziela Gwarancji na dostarczone części zamienne oraz na prace związane z wymianą zespołów cylinder pack na okres 12 miesięcy, zgodnie z postanowieniami umowy. Bieg okresu Gwarancji rozpoczyna się: a) Dla dostarczonych części zamiennych (Etap I) - od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru dostawy części zamiennych; b) Dla prac związanych z wymianą zespołów cylinder pack (Etapy II, III oraz IV) – odrębnie dla każdego z agregatów, od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru prac w danym agregacie. Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) przedstawiony został w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
