Zaoferowane produkty lecznicze muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu na terenie Polski na zasadach określonych w art. 3 lub 4a ustawy Prawo farmaceutyczne. 3. Zaoferowany asortyment musi spełniać wymagania określone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z wymagań określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 4. Dostawy będą następować sukcesywnie, w ilości i asortymencie zgodnie z zamówieniami częściowymi Zamawiającego w terminie do 2 dni od daty złożenia zamówienia, a dostawa „cito” w ciągu 12 godzin od zgłoszenia zamówienia. 5. Zamawiany asortyment Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie dostarczyć na własny koszt do Apteki Szpitalnej. 6. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych.
