Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów do zabiegów ortopedycznych w postaci: endoprotez, implantów, gwoździ, wkrętów, śrub, płytek, cementów kostnych i innych materiałów niezbędnych do ich wykonywania wraz z zapewnieniem depozytu na bieżące potrzeby Zamojskiego Szpitala Niepublicznego Sp. z o.o. w Zamościu. Zamówienie podzielone zostało na 18 zadań, których szczegółowy wykaz asortymentowo – ilościowy zawiera „Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy” stanowiący Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ.
