Przedmiotem umowy jest świadczenie kompleksowych usług sprzątania i utrzymania czystości na powierzchni najmowanej Narodowego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej, zlokalizowanej w Warszawie, przy ul. Pańskiej 97, stanowiącej trzy piętra w budynku (III, IV oraz V). Usługi sprzątania mają być realizowane wraz z zapewnieniem niezbędnych narzędzi oraz materiałów (w tym środków czystości).
