Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup paliwa gazowego, obejmujący dystrybucję i zakup gazu dla szkół i placówek oświatowych Dzielnicy Śródmieście m.st. Warszawy, wymienionych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
Lots Lot 1 — Zakup paliwa gazowego, obejmujący dystrybucję i zakup gazu dla szkół i placówek oświatowych Dzielnicy Śródmieście m. st. Warszawy: Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie: art. 132 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 ze zm.), zwanej dalej w skrócie „Ustawą” lub „Pzp”. Zamawiający prowadzi niniejsze postępowanie na rzecz szkół i placówek oświatowych położonych w Dzielnicy Śródmieście m.st. Warszawy, wyszczególnionych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, jako jednostka organizacyjna wyznaczona przez Prezydenta m.st. Warszawy na podstawie art. 41 Ustawy. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup paliwa gazowego, obejmujący dystrybucję i zakup gazu dla szkół i placówek oświatowych Dzielnicy Śródmieście m.st. Warszawy, wymienionych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
