Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zakup, instalacja i uruchomienie kolumny anestezjologicznej wraz z lampą operacyjną na potrzeby Uniwersyteckiego Szpitala Klinicznego w Poznaniu w ramach realizacji projektu inwestycyjnego pn. „OnkoPlus - rozwój Uniwersyteckiego Centrum Onkologii wraz z medycyną nuklearną”. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ, obejmujący: zał. 3.1 - OPZ dla kolumny anestezjologicznej i lampy operacyjnej, i zał. 3.2 - OPZ dla prac projektowych oraz robót budowlano-instalacyjnych, zwany dalej „OPZ” Wykonawca przed przystąpieniem do prac opisanych w załączniku 3.2 do SWZ będzie zobowiązany podpisać zobowiązanie, zgodnie ze wzorem znajdującym się na końcu załącznika 3.2 do SWZ. 3.
