Przedmiotem zadania jest kompleksowa realizacja przedsięwzięcia polegającego na opracowaniu dokumentacji projektowej, uzyskaniu wszelkich wymaganych uzgodnień oraz decyzji administracyjnych, wykonaniu niezbędnych prac adaptacyjnych, a następnie dostawie, montażu i uruchomieniu aparatu RTG oraz tomografu komputerowego wraz z konsolami dla techników i lekarzy, niezbędnym wyposażeniem, oprogramowaniem oraz systemem PACS/RIS. 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawierają projektowane postanowienia umowy, stanowiące załącznik nr 6 do SWZ, formularz cenowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 2.1 do SWZ, Zestawienie minimalnych granicznych parametrów technicznych, stanowiące załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy (PFU), stanowiący załącznik nr 13 do SWZ.
