Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa radiologicznego ramienia C dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi. Zakres przedmiotowy został szczegółowo opisany w załączeniu do niniejszej SWZ „Zestawieniu parametrów technicznych, warunków gwarancji oraz serwisu i szkoleń” – Załącznik nr 2 oraz wzorze umowy – Załącznik nr 7. Przedmiotowa dostawa finansowana jest w ramach projektu pn.: „Wzmocnienie potencjału infrastruktury Specjalistycznych Ośrodków Leczenia Onkologicznego (SOLO III) Krajowej Sieci Onkologicznej” oraz środków własnych Zamawiającego. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia w sytuacji, w której nie uzyskał niezbędnych środków na planowane przedsięwzięcie. Zgodnie bowiem z art. 257 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
