Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje demontaż i utylizację rezonansu magnetycznego będącego w posiadaniu Zamawiającego, zakup i dostawę rezonansu magnetycznego wraz z wyposażeniem oraz wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej i robót budowlanych związanych z instalacją rezonansu oraz adaptacją i modernizacją pomieszczeń przeznaczonych na ten cel w Narodowym Instytucie Onkologii im. Marii Skłodowskiej – Curie - Państwowym Instytucie Badawczym. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia / formularz cenowy) oraz Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ (Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy).
