Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych jednorazowego użytku dla potrzeb Apteki Mazowieckiego Specjalistycznego Centrum Zdrowia im. prof. Jana Mazurkiewicza w Pruszkowie, w podziale na 6 pakietów
