1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa staplerów i ładunków dla Chirurgii Onkologicznej, Ogólnej i Ginekologii Onkologicznej . 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot i warunki realizacji niniejszego zamówienia winny być zgodne z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 roku o wyrobach medycznych oraz rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2017/745 z dnia 5 kwietnia 2017 r. w sprawie wyrobów medycznych albo rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2017/746 z dnia 5 kwietnia 2017 r. w sprawie wyrobów medycznych do diagnostyki in vitro (o ile dotyczy) oraz z innymi obowiązującymi przepisami prawymi w tym zakresie.
