1.Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego o wartości zamówienia przekraczającej progi unijne, na podstawie art. 132 ustawy Pzp. 1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa wyrobów medycznych do Magazynu Apteki Szpitalnej Zamawiającego, zwanych dalej „Wyrobami”. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym rodzaj, minimalne parametry oraz ilości poszczególnych Wyrobów określają formularze asortymentowo – cenowe, stanowiące kolejno załącznik nr 1.1 – 1.18 do Formularza Ofertowego, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
