Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy z terenu Gminy Żychlin, w okresie od dnia 1 października 2026 roku do dnia 30 września 2027 roku. Szacowana ilość odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie gm. Żychlin w okresie trwania zamówienia wynosi 3350 Mg. Szczegółowy i wyczerpujący zakres przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Opisie Przedmiotu zamówienia - OPZ (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) oraz w Projekcie umowy (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ).
