1. Przedmiotem zamówienia w prowadzonym postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego są hotelarskie usługi noclegowe w 2027 roku na potrzeby WCEO (kod CPV: 55110000-4). Przedmiot zamówienia wyszczególniono w „Formularzu Cenowym/ Ofercie Wykonawcy” stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Wykonawca biorący udział w postępowaniu musi spełniać warunki określone w Rozdziałach V i VII SWZ. 3. Zamawiający w załącznikach nr 4.1 – 4.4 do SWZ zawarł „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”.
