Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi kompleksowej polegającej na sprzedaży i dystrybucji gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego przy ciśnieniu nie niższym niż 1,8 kPa na potrzeby obiektów Akademii Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości z siedzibą w Warszawie (02-520) przy ul. Wiśniowej 50, zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w ustawie Prawo energetyczne z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 z późn. zm.) oraz w wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych. Prognozowany pobór gazu ziemnego w okresie obowiązywania umowy wynosi: 5 550 701 kWh Punkty poboru zlokalizowane są w Kaliszu: ul. Wrocławska 193-195 oraz ul. Łódzka 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
