Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Runowo w roku 2026. Zadanie polega na założeniu powierzchniowych i linearnych zadrzewień i obejmuje czynności z zakresu: przygotowania gleby, sadzenia oraz zabezpieczenia sadzonek przed zwierzyną. Jego realizacja będzie ponadto wymagała nabycia przez Wykonawcę niezbędnych materiałów. Szczegółowy opis i zakres prac zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (Opis przedmiotu zamówienia – OPZ) wraz z harmonogramem rzeczowym i wykazem gatunków i odmian sadzonek. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ – Wzór umowy.
