Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Ruszów w roku 2027. Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia realizacji umowy: 01.01.2027 r. - 31.12.2027 r. Rzeczywisty okres realizacji zamówienia, w którym będą przekazywane przez Zamawiającego Zlecenia: od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia 31 grudnia 2027 r. Jeżeli zawarcie umowy nastąpi wcześniej, niż przed dniem 2 stycznia 2027 r., rozpoczęcie realizacji zamówienia nastąpi od dnia 2 stycznia 2027 r.
