W przypadku użycia w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia odniesień do norm, europejskich ocen technicznych, aprobat, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym. Wykonawca analizując opis przedmiotu zamówienia powinien założyć, że każdemu odniesieniu użytemu w dokumentacji projektowej towarzyszą wyrazy „lub równoważne".
