Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia przedstawiony jest w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ tj. Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Zakres i sposób realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
