1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej na podstawie opracowanej koncepcji zagospodarowania terenu przy przejeździe kolejowo drogowym w miejscowości Wilkszyn z uwzględnieniem parkingu Park & Ride. 2. Zakres usługi obejmuje: 1) opracowanie kompleksowej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z wymaganymi opiniami, uzgodnieniami i decyzjami, w tym prawomocnym pozwoleniem na budowę, decyzją ZRID, zgłoszeniem (w zależności od wymogów); 2) pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego na czas trwania i odbioru robót budowlanych prowadzonych na podstawie opracowanej dokumentacji projektowej do czasu uzyskania pozwolenia na użytkowanie lub równoważnego dokumentu w świetle przepisów Prawa Budowlanego. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje następujące branże: drogowa, teletechniczna, sanitarna, elektryczna, kolejowa, konstrukcyjno-budowlana, sterowania ruchem kolejowym (SRK), trakcyjna. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik do SWZ: Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ).
