Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz z uzyskaniem wszelkich decyzji, uzgodnień i pozwoleń oraz z uzyskaniem decyzji administracyjnej w zakresie przebudowy ulicy (umożliwiającej realizację robót budowlanych i ich zakończenie - ostateczna decyzja o pozwoleniu na budowę), a także pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania 07590 pn. „Rewitalizacja ulicy Szczytnickiej we Wrocławiu”, obejmującego przebudowę ul. Szczytnickiej na odcinku od skweru Adolfa Marii Bocheńskiego do skrzyżowania z ul. M. Reja, wraz z placem na skrzyżowaniu ulic Szczytnickiej, B. Polaka, Ładnej, M. Reja, W. Nehringa i M.
