III. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: 1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa 2 szt. fabrycznie nowych, nie używanych i nie będących pojazdami demonstracyjnymi, ambulansów sanitarnych o DMC powyżej 3,5 t, max do 4,2 t. w ramach „Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025-2026” zatwierdzonego uchwałą Rady Ministrów nr 72 z dnia 27 maja 2025 r. w sprawie zatwierdzenia Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025–2026 (M.P. z 2025 r. poz. 541) w związku z realizacją zadań wynikających z ustawy z dnia 5 grudnia 2024 r. o ochronie ludności i obronie cywilnej (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 1907 ze zm.) - dostawa do wskazanej siedziby Zamawiającego. Pojazdy bazowe wyprodukowane nie wcześniej niż w 2026 roku, ambulanse kompletne nie wcześniej jak w 2026 roku, zgodne z aktualnymi wersjami normy PN-EN 1789 (lub równoważnej) dla ambulansu i PN-EN 1865 (lub równoważnej) dla urządzeń do transportu pacjenta (nosze), posiadających podstawowe wyposażenie specjalistyczne opisane w niniejszej SWZ. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania techniczne opisane zostały w załączniku 1d do SWZ - (tabele: 5, 5a, 6). 3. Przy odbiorze kompletnych ambulansów Wykonawca przeprowadzi szkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie działania, obsługi i konserwacji ambulansu oraz sprzętu w nim zamontowanego 4. Jeżeli Wykonawca nie będzie montował i konfigurował w ambulansach kompletu urządzeń systemu wspomagania dowodzenia (SWD) składającego się z modułu GPS, tabletu i drukarki wraz z podstawą i zasilaczem, to: a) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo montażu w ambulansach urządzeń systemu wspomagania dowodzenia (SWD) składającego się z modułu GPS, drukarki wraz z podstawą, przenośnego tabletu wraz z podstawą (stacją dokującą), lub tylko niektórych elementów, których nie zamontuje Wykonawca; b) Zamawiający przewiduje montaż ww. urządzeń przez pracownika uprawnionego do tego podmiotu w uzgodnieniu z Wykonawcą, pod nadzorem gwaranta na poziomie serwisu dealerskiego - w związku z czym montaż nie będzie miał wpływu na utratę gwarancji, a Wykonawca zapewni wyprowadzenie odpowiednich napięć zasilających i sygnałów sterujących do urządzeń systemu SWD (opisanych w załączniku nr 1b do SWZ).
