Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby: 1.1.Gminy Brwinów dla punktów poboru określonych w formularzach cenowych, stanowiących załączniki nr 1A i nr 1 B do udo oferty, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1385) oraz wydanych na jej podstawie aktów wykonawczych. 1.1.
