1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej (w tym świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej) do budynków Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Podkarpackiego: • przy ul. Towarnickiego 3A w Rzeszowie, kod pocztowy 35-010, • przy al. Łukasza Cieplińskiego 4 w Rzeszowie, kod pocztowy 35-010, • przy ul. Równej w Polańczyku (Ośrodek socjalny w Polańczyku, dz. nr 236/3), kod pocztowy 38-610, • przy ul. Poniatowskiego 6 w Rzeszowie, kod pocztowy 35-026, • przy ul. Lubelskiej 4 w Rzeszowie, kod pocztowy 35-241. 2. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie do 31.12.2027 r. wynosi: 1 558 300 kWh. Ilość podana wyżej jest ilością szacunkową. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany wielkości dostawy wyżej określonej – z zastrzeżeniem, że łączna wielkość zamówienia nie będzie większa niż 1 558 300 kWh. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej jako "SWZ").
