1. Przedmiotem Umowy jest sprzedaż energii elektrycznej na potrzeby zasilania: 1.1. Lotniska Chopina w Warszawie dla pięciu punktów poboru energii (PPE), o których mowa w § 2 Umowy, z uwzględnieniem podziału cen na trzy strefy czasowe według taryfy B23 Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o., 1.2. Lotniska Warszawa-Radom im. Bohaterów Radomskiego Czerwca 1976 roku dla dwóch punktów poboru energii (PPE), o których mowa w § 2 Umowy z uwzględnieniem podziału cen na trzy strefy czasowe według taryfy B23 PGE Dystrybucja S.A., 1.3. Lotniska Zielona Góra-Babimost dla dwóch punktów poboru energii (PPE), o których mowa w § 2 Umowy z uwzględnieniem podziału cen na trzy strefy czasowe według taryfy B23 Enea Operator Sp. z o.o., 2. Szacowany wolumen energii elektrycznej podlegającej zakupowi w okresie obowiązywania umowy wynosi 120 909 MWh, w tym: 2.1 rok 2027: 58 975 MWh, 2.2 rok 2028: 61 934 MWh. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zamówienia znajdują się w załącznikach nr 3 i 3a, stanowiących odpowiednio Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy i Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia.
