Details

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii cieplnej obejmujący dystrybucję i zakup energii cieplnej dla placówek oświatowych w dzielnicy Ursynów m.st. Warszawy w roku 2027. 2. Lokalizacja węzłów cieplnych, a także ich grupa taryfowa, planowane zużycie energii cieplnej oraz moc cieplna zamówiona wskazane są w Formularzu cenowym, który stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Łączne planowane zużycie energii cieplnej wynosi 68 034,00 GJ. 4. Zamawiający dołożył wszelkich starań, aby właściwie oszacować planowane zużycie energii cieplnej wskazane w ust. 3. Ze względu na niemożliwe do przewidzenia czynniki zewnętrzne, tj. warunki pogodowe, w szczególności temperaturę powietrza, które wpływają na faktyczne zapotrzebowanie na energię cieplną, niemożliwe jest dokładne wskazanie przyszłego zużycia energii cieplnej. Faktyczne zużycie energii cieplnej uzależnione będzie wyłącznie od rzeczywistych potrzeb placówek oświatowych w dzielnicy Ursynów m.st. Warszawy. Wykonawca nie może dochodzić od Zamawiającego żadnych roszczeń finansowych w związku z zakupem przez Zamawiającego innej niż wskazano to w ust. 3 lub w Formularzu cenowym, który stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, ilości energii cieplnej. Jednocześnie Zamawiający określa minimalną wielkość zużycia energii cieplnej na 34 017,00 GJ. 5. Zamawiający wymaga by zamówienie było realizowane na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, które stanowi Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
