Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej, polegająca na sprzedaży energii elektrycznej oraz zapewnieniu świadczenia usług jej dystrybucji do budynków Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Dziecięcego na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 43 t. j), zw. dalej „ustawą PE” oraz w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 12.06.2025 r. w sprawie szczegółowych warunków funkcjonowania systemu elektroenergetycznego (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 919).
