Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: dostawa energii elektrycznej na 2027 oraz 2028 r. dla Politechniki Lubelskiej, Politechniki Częstochowskiej i Lotniczej Akademii Wojskowej w Dęblinie, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 43), dalej: PE, przez Politechnikę Lubelską, Politechnikę Częstochowską i Lotniczą Akademię Wojskową w Dęblinie do punktów odbioru energii elektrycznej. Niniejsze zamówienie nie obejmuje usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, zawierający lokalizacje oraz opis punktów odbioru energii elektrycznej, zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ stanowiącym integralną część niniejszej SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Wykonawca posiadał zawartą oraz obowiązującą umowę, tj. tzw. Generalną Umowę Dystrybucyjną, z lokalnym Operatorem Systemu Dystrybucyjnego (dalej: OSD), na podstawie której może prowadzić sprzedaż energii elektrycznej za pośrednictwem sieci dystrybucyjnej tego OSD do wszystkich obiektów wskazanych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
