Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku Prawo energetyczne (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2022r. poz. 1385 z późn. zm.) oraz na wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych. Dostawa energii następować będzie w oparciu o faktyczne zużycie energii elektrycznej, w oparciu o ceny indeksu produktu RDN (Rynek Dnia Następnego) oraz RT (Rynku Terminowego) na Towarowej Giełdzie Energii (TGE) dla danego okresu rozliczeniowego z uwzględnieniem marży Wykonawcy i obowiązkowych obciążeń (akcyza, prawa majątkowe, podatki, itp.). w okresie od dnia 01.01.2027 r. (włącznie) do dnia 31.12.2027 r. (włącznie) o wolumenie o orientacyjnej wielkości: 9 000 MWh.
