Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku – Prawo Energetyczne (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 43 wraz z późn. zm., zwanym dalej Prawo Energetyczne) do obiektów Zamawiającego przez okres 12 miesięcy, od daty 01 stycznia 2027 roku. Zamawiający informuje, że planowane zużycie energii elektrycznej wynosi 9 450 MWh (+/- 10%) na okres 12 miesięcy od dnia 01 stycznia 2027 roku. 3. Energia elektryczna powinna spełniać parametry techniczne zgodne z przepisami ustawy Prawo Energetyczne, aktami wykonawczymi do ustawy Prawo Energetyczne.a) Zamawiający oświadcza, że jest wpisany do rejestru wytwórców energii w małej instalacji (MIOZE) prowadzonego przez Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki pod numerem MIOZE/URE/00533/2018, od dnia 17.07.2018 r. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz pozostałe warunki realizacji zamówienia znajdują się w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ) i załącznikach do niej.
