Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywna dostawa materiałów opatrunkowych, zestawów opatrunkowych, opatrunków specjalistycznych na okres 12 miesięcy. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone we wzorze umowy oraz formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącymi odpowiednio załącznik nr 5 do SWZ i załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: 33141110-4 - Opatrunki, 33141116-6 - Zestawy opatrunkowe, 33141114-2 - Gaza medyczna, 33141119-7 – Kompresy, 33141111-1 - Opatrunki przylepne, 33141113-4 – Bandaże, 33141000-0 - Jednorazowe, niechemiczne artykuły medyczne i hematologiczne. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na jedno, kilka lub wszystkie 10 zadań, określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Nie określa maksymalnej liczby zadań, na które zamówienie może zostać udzielone temu samemu Wykonawcy.
