Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych w podziale na 8 Pakietów: Pakiety z możliwością składania ofert na poszczególne pozycje –PODZIELNE: pakiet nr 1 pozostałe pakiety są niepodzielne bez możliwości składania ofert na poszczególne pozycje. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. 3. Dostawa przedmiotu zamówienia do Magazynu Miejskiego Centrum Medycznego im. dr. Karola Jonschera w Łodzi (ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź) realizowana będzie na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy, w przypadku Pakietu 4, dostawa do Apteki Szpitalnej (ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź).
