Przedmiotem umowy jest sukcesywna dostawa mleka i przetworów mlecznych w podziale na 2 zadania: • zadanie 1 – magazyn Gdynia Babie Doły, • zadanie 2 – magazyn Siemirowice Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w załączniku nr 2 oraz w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Wykonawca dostarczy przedmiot umowy do magazynów Zamawiającego zgodnie z poniższym wykazem tj. w zakresie: • zadanie 1 – magazyn żywnościowy 18 WOG w m. Gdynia, ul. Zielona b/n, 81-197 Gdynia, • zadanie 2 – magazyn żywnościowy 18 WOG w m. Siemirowice, 84-312 Cewice. Częstotliwość dostaw: 2 x w tygodniu do każdego odbiorcy w godzinach od 07.30 do 10:00 ZAMAWIAJĄCY PRZEWIDUJE MOŻLIWOŚĆ SKORZYSTANIA Z PRAWA OPCJI polegającego na zwiększeniu wartości „zamówienia podstawowego” maksymalnie do 200% łącznego wynagrodzenia określonego w §4 ust. 1 projektu umowy (załącznik nr 11 do SWZ), z podziałem na zadania.
